Dossiers and Registers.

What each one carries, and in what format. A Dossier is a maintained file with a version. A Register is a record you query.

Dossiers — living files, versioned.

Prose with structural apparatus. Each carries a version, a vintage and a maintainer, and is updated as the file moves rather than republished.

Registers — records you query.

Structured, searchable, filterable. Each states the date of the sources it reflects and its next scheduled review, so a reader knows what the data can bear.

Status is build state, not access. Gating is set per asset: the explainer library and the Partnership hub are open, register indexes are Professional, and profile depth and licensed data export are Enterprise.
